The hotel was exceptional and recently renovated with incredible location close enough to Time Square, Central Park, The Theaters, Times Square, Central Park. Warm room, efficient, pleasant staff. I had a marvellous packed breakfast. Early check-in & great service.

Chic and exceptionally clean place, everything was really perfect! Decent unit. Perfect breakfast, good service. Incredibly convenient location, a 10-15 minute walk from metropolitan opera.

Came in New York City to relax and have fun, this hotel was great place for doing it. Throughout the day staff were AMIABLE. I loved the view from the room.

The best 3 stars experience compared to other hotels. Loved the lobby, it had a store. Room was spacious as expected. I found there variety of restaurants to eat, like Peking Roast Duck that is only 5 minutes' walk away.

The whole experience was very very good, nothing to complain about, recommend. Its location and staff were a plus that's why I liked the place. I had access to good parking, nice pool.
